1. Where We Ship

We currently ship across India via leading courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post). International shipping is not yet available; however, we’re working on compliant solutions for key overseas markets and will update this page once launched.

*Transit times begin once the parcel is picked up by the courier. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

5. Tracking Your Order

  1. A tracking link is emailed and WhatsApp‑messaged once the shipment is scanned by the courier.

  2. Updates may take a few hours to appear—this is normal during large batch pick‑ups.

  3. Need help interpreting a scan? Write to support@navriddhisiddhi.com with your order number.

6. Undeliverable & RTO (Return to Origin) Parcels

  • If the courier cannot reach you after two delivery attempts or 7 days in the local hub, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • We will contact you to reship (standard fee ₹40) or refund (shipping fee is non‑refundable on RTO).

  • To avoid this, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide an alternate contact number.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Festive surges, extreme weather, natural calamities, or unforeseen logistics strikes may extend delivery times. We’ll keep you informed and escalate with partner carriers, but we cannot guarantee compensation for such force‑majeure events.

8. Packaging Sustainability

  • All boxes are 100 % recyclable cardboard sealed with paper‑based tape.

  • Fragile items are cushioned with recycled kraft paper—no single‑use plastic air pillows.

  • Incense and pooja essentials are packed in moisture‑barrier pouches to retain aroma and purity.

9. Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items

  • Damaged outer carton? Accept the parcel, photograph all sides before unboxing, then email us within 24 hours.

  • Incorrect or missing items? Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll dispatch replacements or arrange a return pick‑up at no cost to you.
