Nav Riddhi Siddhi – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

We want every pooja essential you purchase from Nav Riddhi Siddhi to arrive in perfect condition and uplift your spiritual practice. If something isn’t right, our hassle‑free returns and refund process makes it easy to set things straight.


2. Return Window

*Return request must be raised within the stated window. Beyond this period, returns cannot be processed.


3. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Products opened, used, or showing signs of wear (e.g., burnt dhoop cones, partially used sambrani).

  • Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Prasad / Consumable” (e.g., Panch Meva) for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards, e‑gift vouchers, or promotional freebies.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at navriddhisiddhi@gmail.com with:

    • Subject: Return Request – Order #<your‑order‑number>

    • Clear photos of the item and outer box (all sides)

    • Short description of the issue

  2. Our support team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and courier instructions.

  3. Pack securely in the original box (or similar sturdy carton) with all accessories, freebies, and invoice copy.

  4. Hand over to the assigned courier. We will arrange free reverse pick‑up for damaged / wrong items; for voluntary returns (change of mind), the courier fee of ₹40 is deducted from the refund.

  5. Once the parcel reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Like‑for‑like exchanges are offered only for damaged or wrong items, subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund including any shipping fee you paid.


7. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order before it is marked “Ready to Dispatch” in your account dashboard.

  • If prepaid, the full amount is refunded within the timelines above.

  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process instead.
